Noel Karell

Noel Karell is a Florida Native and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for six years. She played soccer on the UCF women's soccer team where she studied and earned a degree in communication. She moved to Tampa upon graduating because of its gorgeous beaches, thriving community, and social life. Noel has earned a unique skill set in real estate, having started her career in the real estate industry, working in Commercial Property Management in the multifamily space. Noel has always had a passion for serving and helping people, but it was her career in property management where she gained her passion for Real Estate. For years Noel has been seen going to open houses "just for fun," at the time not knowing this would bring her an invaluable pulse on the Tampa housing market.

She's dreamt of building her own career in real estate and finds the utmost fulfilment from being able to help people find their dream homes for themselves and their families. Noel comes from a big family and treats those she works with as family. Noel loves spending time with her husband and two fur baby pups, exploring the many new restaurants and offerings of Tampa's growing social scene, or going to anyone of our incredible beaches.
